Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026

Notice is hereby given that the 7 th Annual General Meeting of the Painters Forstal Community Association (PFCA), Incorporated Organisation Registered Charity number 1180045 (PFCA) will be held as follows:-

Location: Painters Forstal Community Hall, Painters Forstal Road, Painters Forstal,

Faversham, ME13 0EN

Date: Sunday 15th February

Time: 2pm

All residents are free to attend, but only Members of PFCA will be entitled to vote at the meeting or to stand for election as a Trustee.

The meeting will:

1. Receive the Annual Statement of Accounts

2. Receive the Trustees Annual Report

3. Elect up to six Trustees to the Board of Trustees

4. Consider any resolutions put forward by Members

5. Consider any changes to the constitution proposed by the Board of Trustees

At the time of issuing this notice, the Board of Trustees had not received any resolutions for consideration at the AGM and do not propose to put forward any change to the constitution. Three Members have given notice of their wish to stand for re-election as a Trustee.

The Minutes of the AGM held on 30 th November 2024, the Annual Statement of Accounts, the Trustees Report and the details of those standing for election as a Trustee will also be shared.
