Step into a world of movement, fun, and creativity with your little one! Our dance classes are designed for ages 2 to 5 years, where kids (and their grown-ups) join in the action. Parents are welcome to jump in for some of the fun, and then relax while the little ones take the spotlight!

Our regular Tuesday ‘Communi-Tea & Biscuits’ afternoons are designed to get people in the community together to chat, laugh, offer support and, of course, enjoy a nice cup of tea (or another beverage of your choice). It’s about embracing the power of being together.

Happy Kids Yoga & Mindfulness
Happy Kids Yoga Canterbury - Parent and Pre-Schooler Yoga Classes
A fun, engaging class helping children build strength, flexibility, and focus, while nurturing mindfulness and overall well-being.
This Parent and Pre-Schooler Yoga class offers a fun and interactive way for families to bond while promoting physical and emotional wellbeing. Designed for children aged 3 to 5 years, along with their parents or caregivers, this class combines yoga and mindfulness to encourage calmness and connection for everyone.
The session lasts approximately 45 minutes, with extra time at the end for families to socialise. Mats and equipment are provided, and children should bring a water bottle and a snack. Adults are welcome to participate in the yoga or relax and watch their little ones enjoy the activities.

Boxercise is one of the most effective forms of cross-training available, combining boxing and exercise in a fun, stress-busting activity without anyone actually getting hit.
Beginners welcome. £7 a session. 7pm - 8pm every Thursday.

Mummy & Me
Mummy & Me
Transitioning into the Mum&Baby programme, new parents receive dedicated support from six weeks postpartum onwards. Focused on pelvic floor health, gentle stretches to alleviate common postpartum discomforts, and inclusive strength and cardio sessions, these workouts cater to the unique needs of postnatal bodies.
The emphasis is not just on the mothers; the programme incorporates activities that engage the baby, making it a holistic and enjoyable experience for both.

Willow Weaving Workshop - Bird Feeder
Come and unwind for a couple of hours as you enjoy this mindful activity making a wonderful bird feeder for the garden. The birds in your garden will thank you for it! These willow workshops are relaxed, fun and sociable with plenty of tea and chatter.

Yin Yoga & the Chakras
Take a Yin Yoga journey through the Chakras. Depicted as spirals or orbs of light, the Chakras are translated as ‘wheels’ in the Indian Vedic scriptures. They connect the physical body with the emotional, mental and spiritual layers. The Chakras draw energy in and out of the body and when they are spinning beautifully, energy flows.

A journey towards the Crow Pose with Sittingbourne Yoga
A 3 hour workshop dedicated to teaching you the skills and strength needed to work towards Bakasana - Crow pose.
All abilities are catered for, including beginners as we use various props to help us towards the final stages.

Race Night
Get ready for an evening of fun, excitement, and friendly competition! Join us at Painters Forstal Community Hall on Saturday, October 4th, for our much-anticipated Race Night.
Doors open at 6.30pm with first race at 7pm.
£5 per ticket or £10 to include food.
