Yoga and Energy Healing Session

Sunday 31st December.  10am – 12pm.

On the last day of the year join yoga teacher Jess and crystal practitioner Clare at Painters Forstal Community Hall for a complete mind and body therapeutic session.  Beginning with a yoga session designed to identify problems with flow or ease of movement the workshop then moves on to a combination of reiki and crystal healing treatment to remove any blockages and allow free-flowing positive energy. The session will end with a guided relaxation followed by a warming cup of herbal tea or sparking kombucha and discussions to close out the session.
