The Sunflower Soul Retreat is inspired by the uplifting energy of sunflowers, symbols of joy, optimism, vitality, and strength. This experience is an invitation to embrace warmth, positivity, and your own radiant yang energy as we move, rest, and restore together.
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or already have a practice, this retreat offers a welcoming and supportive space for all.

What to Expect
11:00 - Arrival
Arrive and take 15 minutes to settle into the space, get comfortable, and ground yourself for the day ahead.
11:15 - 12:30 | Vinyasa Yoga (75 mins)
A gentle, all levels vinyasa flow led by Emily. This beginner-friendly class will be themed around reconnecting with your inner sun. Building warmth, strength, and openness within.
12:30 - 1:15 | Seasonal Summer Lunch
Enjoy a fresh, nourishing lunch prepared by the wonderful Sheena, designed to leave you feeling energised and satisfied.
1:15 - 2:15 | Floragy Workshop: Radiance Ritual
Join Louisa, founder of Floragy, for a calming and educational skincare workshop. You’ll be guided through a simple, effective daily facial ritual using products that only contain natural oils and active botanicals, along with tips to support your skin and self-care routine.
2:15 - 2:30 | Browse & Connect
Louisa will have a selection of products available to explore and purchase (completely optional). This is also a chance to ask any other questions, alternatively you can reach out to Louisa after the retreat.
2:30 - 3:15 | Inner Sun Meditation & Sound Bath (45 mins)
Be guided into deep relaxation with a short meditation and immersive sound bath led by Emily, inviting you to soften into your inner light. Experience the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong, buffalo drum, chimes, and rain stick.
3:15 - 3:30 | Integration Time
Gently return, rest, and allow everything to settle before heading home.

No experience is necessary, just come as you are.
