Balance & Alignment: A Sound Bath for Deep Ease
Step into a space of calm, where you are invited to gently return to balance.
This sound bath is designed to guide you out of the noise of daily life and back into a natural state of ease. Through carefully layered sounds and frequencies, the session will support the body and mind in softening, rebalancing, and settling.
Rather than striving to fix or change anything, this experience is about allowing, and giving yourself permission to pause, to rest, and to let things fall back into place.
We will begin with grounding sounds to help you fully arrive, before moving through a gentle process of alignment, bringing awareness to the body and creating a sense of internal harmony. The session will then open into deeper stillness, where the nervous system can fully relax and integrate.
This is a space for:

•Restoring a sense of balance
•Reconnecting with your body
•Experiencing deep rest
Aiming to leave feeling calmer, more centred, and supported, with a renewed sense of ease that you can carry into your daily life.

What to bring:
Ameace Yoga have got you covered with a yoga mat and a cozy eye pillow. To make your session even more enjoyable, we highly recommend bringing along a blanket, a pillow, and a bottle of water. Any other items that will increase your comfort are welcome!
Guests are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes before the event begins to get comfortable, parking is available on site.
