A 3 hour workshop dedicated to teaching you the skills to develop greater flexibility in your hamstrings and quads, and mobility in yours hips, enabling you to work towards front splits position (Hanumanasana).
Regardless of whether you have done the splits before, all levels and abilities are welcome to the workshop. All the stretches and stages will be beneficial regardless of your ability and we remind ourselves to enjoy the journey rather than focusing solely on the end goal
The workshop will include a 20 minute coffee/tea and snack break (all provided). Please advise of any allergies when booking.
Please bring your own mat, any yoga props (blocks & belts) you may already have, a blanket for relaxation and a drink. Yoga equipment such as blocks and belts are available to borrow should you not have your own.
Wear comfortable, loose fitting or exercise clothing and bring warm clothes (socks, jumper) for the relaxation part of the end of our session. You might also choose to bring a blanket to use during relaxation.
