PFCA will hold our AGM on Saturday 18th September 2021 at 11am on the green by the Alma Pub.

All residents are free to attend, but only Members of PFCA will be entitled to vote at the meeting or to stand for election as a Trustee.

The meeting will:

1. Receive the Annual Statement of Accounts

2. Receive the Trustees Annual Report

3. Elect up to eight Trustees to the Board of Trustees

4. Consider any resolutions put forward by Members

5. Consider any changes to the constitution proposed by the Board of Trustees

If you wish to stand for election, please email membership@paintersforstal.co.uk by 12th September 2021. At the time of issuing this notice the Board of Trustees had not received any resolutions for consideration at the AGM and do not propose to put forward any changes to the constitution. Two currently Co-Opted residents are standing for election to the two vacant positions.
