Notice of Annual General Meeting 2022
Notice is hereby given that the 4th Annual General Meeting of the Painters Forstal Community Association (PFCA) will be held as follows:
Location: In the village marquee on the green by the Alma Public House, Painters Forstal
Date: Saturday 24th September 2022
Time: 11.00am
All residents are free to attend, but only Members of PFCA will be entitled to vote at the meeting or to stand for election as a Trustee.
The meeting will:
Receive the Annual Statement of Accounts
Receive the Trustees Annual Report
Elect up to eight Trustees to the Board of Trustees
Consider any resolutions put forward by Members
Consider any changes to the constitution proposed by the Board of Trustees
At the time of issuing this notice the Board of Trustees had not received any resolutions for consideration at the AGM and do not propose to put forward any changes to the constitution. Four residents have given notice of their wish to stand for election as a Trustee.
