This Parent and Pre-Schooler Yoga class offers a fun and interactive way for families to bond while promoting physical and emotional wellbeing. Designed for children aged 3 to 5 years, along with their parents or caregivers, this class combines yoga and mindfulness to encourage calmness and connection for everyone.
The session lasts approximately 45 minutes, with extra time at the end for families to socialise. Mats and equipment are provided, and children should bring a water bottle and a snack. Adults are welcome to participate in the yoga or relax and watch their little ones enjoy the activities.
